MEET SURET, YOUR FITNESS COACH AND PROGRAM DESIGNER:

Hey! I’m Suret, I’ve been helping women and families to stay consistent with their fitness training plans since 2006 and styling wardrobes since 2012.

My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with.

This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have. This also covers mindset, motivation and lifestyle.

I’m passionate about helping people find the right balance for them, which means that they can enjoy their lives to the fullest whilst looking, feeling and performing how they want to.

A few important things you need to know before we get started:

You are NOT going to drop three dress sizes just because you started training with me, that’s not what I’m about.

But you WILL be more consistent with your movement.

You will get to know your body’s incredible strength.

You will develop excellent form when doing your exercises – which will decrease your chances of injuries.

You will strengthen muscles you didn’t even know you had.

If you are a runner, you’re going to become a stronger and faster runner.

You will feel less stressed as you will learn to breathe properly during exercise and blow off some steam during your workouts.

I am all about deep health, deep healing and true joy. I want you to enjoy your training and I want you to continue moving until your last day on earth.

Fun facts:

I love to be around funny people – that’s probably why I’m living with my husband.

I absolutely, for-sure, definitely do not like the taste of tomatoes or milk.

My left foot is a size 4 and my right foot is a size 5, this takes most of the fun out of shoe shopping (and wearing).
